2. What information we collect
When you order from our website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address (so we can confirm and contact you about your order).
• Your order details: items, quantities, sizes, toppings, special instructions, and whether the order is for pickup or delivery.
• Your delivery address, only if you choose delivery.
• If you create an account: your login details and your saved favourite items.
• With your permission (see section 5): basic analytics data such as which pages you visit.

We do NOT collect or store your credit or debit card numbers. Ever.

3. Payments — processed by Clover
Online payments are processed by Clover. When you pay, you enter your card details on Clover's secure hosted payment page — not on our website. We never see, handle, or store your full card number. Clover handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

4. Delivery — fulfilled by DoorDash
Delivery orders are fulfilled by DoorDash. To complete your delivery, we share your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details with DoorDash. DoorDash handles your information under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies:

• Essential cookies: these keep your cart, your sign-in, and site security working. They are always on and contain no tracking.
• Analytics cookies: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (or an equivalent privacy-friendly tool) to understand which pages visitors use, so we can improve the site. These only load after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymized. You can change your mind at any time: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to withdraw consent, which stops analytics cookies on your next visit.

• To take, prepare, and fulfill your order (pickup or delivery).
• To contact you about your order if there is a problem or delay.
• To operate your account and favourites list, if you create one.
• To improve our website and menu, using aggregated analytics.

7. Who we share it with
We share your information only with:

• Clover — to process your payment.
• DoorDash — to fulfill your delivery.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

8. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for the order, customer service, and tax law, then delete or anonymize them. If you delete your account, we delete your profile and favourites; order records required by law are kept in anonymized form.

9. How we protect it
Our site uses HTTPS encryption for all pages. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Your rights
Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping duties). Contact us at (902) 892-3111 and we will respond within 30 days.

11. Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Orders must be placed by an adult.
